ADR manufacture high precision thin section ball bearings up to 330mm outer diameter (and imperial equivalents) with the emphasis on non-standard and special applications. With over 60 year’s experience, ADR are among the world’s leading manufacturers in a specialised market, producing deep groove ball bearings in angular contact, duplex and super-duplex styles.
The ADR range starts at ABEC5P (ISO 5) and goes to beyond the highest precision class ABEC9P (ISO 2).Their ball bearings are normally manufactured from X105CrMo17 and AISI 440C stainless steel and carbon chrome steel 100Cr6 or AISI 52100.
Other stainless steels used are X40CrMoVN16.2 and CRONIDUR30. Additionally high speed steels and super alloys are used and hybrid bearings with ceramic balls can be supplied.

This offers superior performance, reduced space requirement and improved quality and productivity when incorporating solid preload and integrated attachment systems.
